How would I keep track of my project?
We provide all of our clients access to a Project Management System where they will be able to track progress and completion times, as well as request edits and provide feedback.
How much is it for this program?
We have two different levels of membership, both of them on a monthly basis, to receive access to the entire agency at our own internal pricing per hour. Invoices are sent on the 15th and 1st of every month for all completed work, and members will have 3 business days to complete the payment.
Will I be managing my project requests?
No, we understand business owners don't have the time to focus on managing teams, so you will be provided with a Project Manager that will stay in touch with you and ensure your project is done with no problems.
What is the average completion time?
Most of the project requests are delivered between 24-48 hours, except complex website development projects. Those usually take up to 72 hours for completion
